[3] International cooperation project “Medical Image Feature Quantitative Analysis System” (Project No. 2009DFA12290), Completed in October 2011;

[4] The project of National Natural Science Foundation of China, “Non-rigid Registration Method of Multimodal Heart Images Based on Hetero-directional Features” (Project number: 61075010), which has been concluded in February 2014;

Description of Research Group:CBIB, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, is a member of the Key Laboratory of Image Information Processing and Intelligent Control of the Ministry of Education. It is a professional research institution engaged in the research of medical image processing and analysis. There are 4 professors, 2 associate professors and more than 40 doctoral students. In recent years, CBIB has undertaken and completed the National Natural Science Foundation project Research on Non-rigid Registration Method of Multimodal Heart Images Based on Heteroelement Orientation Characteristics, the National 863 program target-oriented project Grid based Digital Medical Decision Support System, The International Science and Technology Cooperation Key Project Medical Image Quantitative Analysis System of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the industry-university-research combination project of the Ministry of Education and Guangdong Province, “Development of Equipment for Quantitative Analysis of Liver Disease Severity Based on B-ultrasound Images”, the sub-projects of the National Support Program Case Study of Application of True Stereoscopic Display Technology in the Field of Digital Medicine and its Special Technical Requirements and Study of Precise Stereoscopic Radiotherapy Planning System Based on Monte Carlo Method and Image Guided Positioning. Some of the research results have been applied in domestic high-end imaging equipment. Some have won prizes in international and domestic invention exhibitions, and some have won provincial-level Science and Technology Progress Awards.
