曹元伟，幕尼黑工业大学工学博士，哈尔滨工程大学副教授，山东省海外引进人才，山东省高等学校“青创团队计划”团队核心成员。研究方向为气液两相流动与传热、核反应堆热工水力、新型换热器设计与研发、多场多尺度耦合建模方法研究等。主持国家自然科学基金、山东省以及青岛市自然科学基金等多项课题。
