 <br>基于基因编辑的酵母工程菌改造,提高乙醇产率、耐胁迫能力,增加底物的利用率;采用代谢工程和系统生物学原理,改造微生物代谢路径提高NAD及辅酶A等高附加值辅因子的表达和积累;改造菌种代谢路径提高微生物氨基酸积累和表达。
<br>2.食品酶工程和益生菌开发
<br>适应于黄曲霉毒素、呕吐毒素和玉米赤霉烯酮等生物毒素降解新酶的开发和创制;采用机器学习和分子对接等方法设计和创制新型人工酶;开发适用于饲料和食品的功能性益生菌,包括酵母、乳酸菌和枯草芽孢杆菌等。
