合肥工业大学电气与自动化工程学院教授，博士，硕士生导师。主要研究方向为电力电子变换器拓扑及其控制、动力电池充电、电能质量治理和特种电源应用等。主持国家自然科学基金、安徽省自然科学基金和和企事业单位委托项目10余项。目前在IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics、IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics、中国电机工程学报等国内外知名学术期刊上发表论文20余篇，并获授权发明专利10余项。在科学出版社出版教材和专著各1部，在机械工业出版社出版译著1部。获教育部自然科学二等奖、安徽省自然科学三等奖和中国电源学会科技进步奖一等奖各1项。
