3D打印技术及应用

Course Introduction:本课程首先介绍3D打印技术的概念、历史沿革,然后讲解各类3D打印技术的制造工艺原理,及3D打印技术的前处理技术和后处理技术,最后介绍3D在各领域中的应用。结合实践教学,使学生全面了解3D打印有关科学问题,初步了解增材制造方法论的一般规律和方法,拓展机械制造工程在装备制造应用领域的认识,了解制造装备的实现离不开制造工艺的实现。 本课程目的在于使学生拓宽知识面,了解3D打印的装备结构与设计原理,及相应的各种3D打印方式及其应用。通过本课程的实践教学,使学生全面了解3D打印有关科学问题,初步了解增材制造方法论的一般规律和方法,拓展机械制造工程在装备制造应用领域的认识,了解制造装备的实现离不开制造工艺的实现。 在从“中国制造”向“中国创造”迈进的大背景下,面对3D打印引领的工业4.0时代大潮来袭,3D打印相关行业缺口800万,我们需要更多的同学去了解3D打印、掌握3D打印。
