Working Together for a Brighter Future: The Successful Completion of the Industry-University Cooperation Symposium and Company Open Day between the School of Computer Science and Information Engineering and Guangzhou Dingjia Computer Technology Co., Ltd.

Recently, to expand employment opportunities for graduates and enhance the alignment of talent cultivation with societal needs, our school and Guangzhou Dingjia Computer Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dingjia Technology") have engaged in a series of fruitful exchange activities. These initiatives have laid a solid foundation for advancing graduate employment and improving the quality of talent training.

On November 26, 2024, Dingjia Technology visited our school to participate in a symposium on industry-university cooperation. At the meeting, Yu Jian, the R&D Manager from Dingjia Technologys Hefei branch, provided an in-depth introduction to the companys development history, main business areas, technological innovations, and future plans, particularly emphasizing its leadership and cutting-edge technologies in the field of data security. Dingjia Technology adheres to the development philosophy of "Innovation, Cooperation, and Win-Win," and looks forward to establishing a long-term and stable partnership with our school to jointly cultivate high-quality technical talents who meet market demands.

Zhang Hailin, the Deputy Party Secretary and Discipline Inspection Secretary of the school, gave a comprehensive overview of the school 's educational characteristics, program offerings, faculty strength, research achievements, and graduate employment situation. He expressed a strong desire for deeper collaboration with Dingjia Technology. Industry-university cooperation is an essential way to enhance talent cultivation and expand employment channels for graduates. Both parties hope to leverage their strengths and jointly explore new models for cooperation, ultimately contributing more highly skilled professionals to society.

After in-depth discussions, both sides preliminarily reached an agreement on industry-university cooperation and established an initial consensus on the construction of internship and training bases, joint curriculum development, research project collaboration, and graduate employment recommendations, laying a solid foundation for future deeper cooperation.

To further deepen mutual understanding and facilitate the implementation of cooperation, on December 4, 2024, the School 's Youth League Committee Deputy Secretary Ye Jing and 2021 cohort counselor Li Jiyang, along with student representatives, visited Dingjia Technology to attend the companys Open Day event. Under the guidance of company leaders, the students toured the companys working environment, learned about its corporate culture, and explored its research and development capabilities. The company leaders also introduced specific cooperation models with universities, including internships, career guidance, and professional development, patiently addressing the students' questions. The atmosphere on-site was warm and friendly.

This Open Day activity not only allowed the students to experience the charm of the company up close, strengthening their career planning and confidence but also provided the school with valuable firsthand insights into industry needs, which will be useful for optimizing talent cultivation strategies.

The successful completion of the industry-university cooperation symposium and company open day marks a significant step in the collaboration between our school and Dingjia Technology in areas such as talent training, scientific research, and social services. Moving forward, both parties will continue to deepen cooperation, innovate collaboration models, and jointly cultivate more highly qualified technical talents who are both knowledgeable and virtuous, contributing wisdom and strength to local economic development.
