The scientists who visited our school include 10 well-known domestic experts such as Professor Gong Xingao, member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Professor Jin Kuijuan, winner of the National Science Foundation for Outstanding Youth, Professor Peng Ruwen, winner of the National Outstanding Youth Science Foundation, and Professor Liu Weitao, winner of the National Outstanding Youth Foundation. More than 230 teachers and related graduate students and undergraduates from our school listened to the report. Professor Liu Xiansheng, vice president of the university, attended the report and gave a welcome speech. The seminar was chaired by Professor Wang Yuanxu, Dean of the School of Physics and Electronics of our university.

At the report, four scholars shared their research results. Academician Gong Xingao of Fudan University gave a report entitled "Computational Research on Key Physical Problems of Photovoltaic Semiconductors-From Basic Physical Properties to Device Optimization"; Professor Jin Kuijuan introduced "Overview of International and Domestic Women Physicists" and shared " The research results of “low-dimensional oxide photophysics research”; Professor Peng Ruwen of Nanjing University gave a title entitled “Making Metals Broadband Transparent”; Professor Liu Weitao of Fudan University brought “Nonlinear Optics: Doing 'Surface Articles'” report. The reports of the experts were wonderful, teachers and students asked questions actively, and the atmosphere was lively.
