By building a bridge for resource sharing and facilitating the exchange of high-quality teaching materials and faculty training, the aim is to enhance the educational and teaching capabilities of the faculty, and to cultivate educational talents with a broader international perspective who can better adapt to the evolving demands of our times.
In terms of student internships and employment, the school has reached a cooperation intention with Japanese enterprises such as ZERO Corporation and Centara Grand Hotel Osaka, as well as Swissotel Nankai Osaka, aiming to provide students with a multitude of internship and employment opportunities in renowned hotels and tourism organizations in Japan. Collaboration with Japan is a pivotal aspect of our school’s international engagement, and the various cooperative endeavors in Japan are not possible without the strong support of our country. To this end, a delegation from Gingko College specially visited the Education Office of the Chinese Consulate General in Osaka and was warmly received by Nie Ruilin ( Director), Xu Yongqiang (Consul for Science and Technology), and Li Ruobing (Vice Consul). The school leaders shared with the consuls a detailed overview of the college, its current development status, as well as the purpose and outcomes of this visit to Japan. Consul Nie Ruilin affirmed the clear goals and direction of Gingko College’s talent cultivation and emphasized that international educational cooperation should ensure students’ substantial development and skill enhancement. He also suggested that the college should solidify its educational foundation and establish a clear and long-term development plan to maintain a positive trajectory of sustainable development. Former Consul for Science and Technology at the Chinese Consulate General in Nagoya, Liang Jin, strongly supported and fully affirmed the college’s expansion of international educational cooperation during this trip to Japan. He expressed that he will continue to support the college’s cultural exchange activities between China and Japan.
This trip has further broadened the diverse development paths for Gingko in terms of international education, creating a more extensive international exchange platform for our faculty and students. The Gingko delegation, through in-depth exploration of the cultural features and international cooperation opportunities in the international hotel industry and local tourism market, has laid a solid foundation for future school cooperation, faculty and student exchanges, and the sharing of educational resources.
