In order to help the students to understand the employment situation and carry out employment planning, the College held the Job Application Experience Exchange Meeting online on the evening of 15 June, 2023.

Five graduates Chen Xin, Sun Xuemei, Li Qiman, Song Yang and Li Hao were invited to shared their achievements and experiences in job hunting respectively from the angles of civil service selective examination on provincial level, Beijing Municipal level, national level, Beijing law firms, enterprises and institutions.

Chen Xin was selected to work as a provincial governmental official. She stressed the importance of pre-planning and information collection in the early stages in terms of registration conditions, examination content, preparation methods and other aspects,

Sun Xuemei was employed by a court in Beijing. She introduced the whole process of the Beijing Civil Service Examination, sharing the characteristics of the post selection and written examination and suggestions for exam preparation and interview preparation.

Li Qiman was admitted to a government office. She shared her experience on taking the National Civil Service Examination from personal career planning and the content of exam preparation, as well as the detailed timeline of her personal preparation.

Song Yang was hired after a long-term intern in a law firm in Beijing. She shared her experience in applying for a job in law firms from the aspects of resume production and delivery, resume delivery skills, interview experience and matters needing attention.

Li Hao was hired by a company as a legal consultant. He gave a detailed account of her experience in job hunting in corporates, introducing her personal background, thoughts and preparation for employment.

Finally, the students actively asked questions and exchanged with the five speakers. The meeting provided them with a large number of useful tips to better plan their employment.
