主要研究方向:分子纳米电子学,物理电子学, 纳米材料物性研究。
主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、湖南省科技厅科研项目、湖南省教育厅科研项目的研究。在国际著名刊物如Appl. Phys. Lett.; J. Chem. Phys.; J. Appl. Phys等刊物上发表学术论文近30篇,其中以第一作者在影响因子IF﹥3.0的刊物上发表论文5篇(Appl. Phys. Lett上4篇),获湖南省自然科学优秀学术论文二等奖2项(排名第1),湖南省自然科学二等奖1项(排名第3)。
