【个人简介】

中共党员,湖北武汉人,2016年获得湖北工业大学工学学士学位,2019年获得中国农业科学院工学硕士学位,2024年获得江南大学工学博士学位,博士期间(2022.10-2023.10)受国家留学基金委资助前往德国欧洲顶尖工科院校--亚琛工业大学联合培养,2024年7月加入长沙理工大学食品与生物工程学院。

目前在国际著名期刊“ACS Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering”、“Food Chemistry”、“LWT”、“Food Bioscience”等期刊发表英文论文10篇,其中第一作者 8 篇(中科院一区5篇),发表中文期刊论文 3 篇;申请发明专利 3 项,授权2项。硕士毕业论文被评为中国农业科学院优秀硕士论文,期间成果入选“农科院【盘点2019】中国农科院核心技术攻关”荣誉。获第五届油脂科技青年论坛优秀论文奖。德国联合培养期间主要从事酶的定向进化研究,重点集中在葡聚糖酶法降解和微塑料富集与酶法降解领域,并与国际香精香料公司(IFF)、杜邦公司(DuPont)前营养与生物科技部门密切交流合作。
