I. Program Introduction

In order to better meet the learning needs of international students, Capital Normal University (CNU) has integrated high-quality education resources and launched an undergraduate program in International Economics and Trade. This major aims to train innovative professionals with a global vision, a solid theoretical foundation in international economy and trade, and proficiency in mastering and applying professional skills in international trade.

 

Schooling system: 4 years (Students will study at College of International Education and College of Management ). The period of study is 3-6 years.

 

Language of instruction: Chinese.

 

Within the period of study, those who have completed the required courses and met the requirements for graduation and bachelor's degree will be awarded the graduation certificate and degree certificate of CNU. Students will be awarded bachelor's degree in Economics.

 

II. Admission Conditions

1. Foreign citizens in good health.

2. Applicants shall hold a senior high school diploma.

3. Applicants shall get HSK4 certificate. Applicants who have not reached HSK4 may study Chinese in the Preparatory Department of College of International Education and implement the preparatory + major training mode.

 

III. Application Procedure

1. Log in the registration system for international students of CNU: https://cnu.17gz.org/. After successful registration, fill in the registration information and upload the application materials as required, including passports, high school graduation certificates, high school transcripts and other materials.

2. After passing the application materials examination, students will pay the registration fee online. Once the application fee is paid, it will not be refunded.

3. The university will interview the applicants.

4. After the applicant is admitted, the student will go to the Chinese embassy or consulate in the home country to apply for a student visa in China (X1 or X2 visa) with the admission notice and JW202 form.
