考生只允许在考试时间段内进入考点，不可以“以熟悉考场”为由，在非指定时间要求进入考点，小于18岁的未成年考生家长、陪考人员一律禁止入内。    

· 证件要求：      

考生须携带与报名一致且有效的身份证件原件及准考证参加考试。

· 到达时间提醒：      

请各位考生务必留意以下时间，并预留足够入校检查和校内交通时间，以免迟到。      

纸笔考试        

口试：请至少提前30分钟到达考点，口试截止入场时间为口试时间前15分钟。        

纸笔考试：07:30AM开始进场，笔试入场截止时间为08:30AM。      

机考考试        

口试：请至少提前30分钟到达考点，口试截止入场时间为口试时间前15分钟。      

机考：      

  上午场笔试：08:00 AM开始进场，入场截止时间为08:30 AM；      

  下午场笔试：13:00 PM 开始入场，入场截止时间为13:30 PM。

Notice for IELTS Candidates Entering Capital Normal University      

Thank you for registering for the IELTS test at Capital Normal University. To ensure that you can complete the test smoothly and in an orderly manner, please make sure to be aware of and abide by the following entry regulations. Thank you for your cooperation.      

 

Arriving at the Test Center      

The test center for both your paper-based written test and oral test is located in Keyuan Building outside the main campus of Capital Normal University. The entrance of Tower A in Keyuan Building is the sole access to the examination rooms. Take the elevator to the 13th floor to reach the venues for the paper-based written test and oral test.      

 

The test center for your computer-based test and oral test is also situated in Keyuan Building outside the main campus of Capital Normal University. The entrance of Tower A in Keyuan Building serves as the only passageway to the examination room. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor to arrive at the computer-based test examination room.      

 

Candidates are only permitted to enter the test center during the test period. You are not allowed to enter the test center at non-specified times under the pretext of "familiarizing yourself with the examination room". Parents and accompanying persons of underage candidates under 18 years old are strictly prohibited from entering.      

 

Document Requirements        

Candidates must bring the original and valid identity documents that are consistent with the registration information as well as the admission tickets to take the examination.     

 

Reminder of Arrival Time      

Please pay close attention to the following time and reserve sufficient time for entry inspection and locating the right place to avoid being late.  

         

Paper-based Test      

Oral Test: Please arrive at the test center at least 30 minutes in advance. The cut-off time for entry to the oral test is 15 minutes before the oral test time.      

 

Paper-based Written Test: Entry starts at 07:30 AM, and the cut-off time for entry to the written test is 08:30 AM.      

 

Computer-based Test      

Oral Test: Please arrive at the test center at least 30 minutes in advance. The cut-off time for entry to the oral test is 15 minutes before the oral test time.      

 

Computer-based Written Test:      

Morning session written test: Entry starts at 08:00 AM, and the cut-off time for entry to the written test is 08:30 AM.      

 

Afternoon session written test: Entry starts at 13:00 PM, and the cut-off time for entry to the written test is 13:30 PM.
