丹参茎叶药渣微肥研究

摘  要:以丹参茎叶药渣为研究对象,为将其地转化为丹参茎叶药渣微肥,优选堆肥鸡粪与发酵菌的比例,并对其肥效进行测定.分别以丹参茎叶药渣和新鲜鸡粪作为堆肥原料和辅料,采用单因素实验法,以鸡粪与发酵菌的比值为变量,堆体全养分(全氮、全磷、全钾、有机质和腐殖酸)为指标 ,优选鸡粪与发酵菌的比值;以大蒜为实验对象,进行室内栽培,以大蒜根的条数、蒜苗直径、最长叶长、鲜重和茎长为指标,通过实验组和对照组比较,对丹参茎叶药渣微肥进行肥力测定.结果显示,当鸡粪与发酵菌的比值为30∶1时,丹参茎叶药渣微肥全养分为20.40%;肥力测定中,与对照组相比,实验组大蒜根的条数、蒜苗直径、最长叶长、鲜重和茎长的增长率分别为-18.92%、4.63%、83.58%、24.60%与24.69%;丹参茎叶药渣微肥能极显著增长大蒜的最长叶长(P<0.01),显著影响大蒜的茎长(P<0.05),且对鲜重和直径具有一定影响.丹参茎叶药渣微肥制备工艺简单,肥效较强,丹参茎叶药渣转化为微肥价值较高.

Study on Micro-Fertilizer of  Salvia Miltiorrhiza   Stem and Leaf Residue

Abstract:The paper is to study the safe and effective transformation of salvia miltiorrhiza stem and leaf dregs into micro-fertilizer for salvia miltiorrhiza stem and leaf dregs,and to optimize the value of composting chicken manure∶EM and the measurement of its fertilizer’s efficiency. salvia miltiorrhiza stem and leaf residue and fresh chicken manure were used as compost raw materials and auxiliary materials,respectively. The single factor experiment method was adopted,and the chicken manure∶EM was taken as the variable,and the total nutrients (total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium organic matter and corrosive acid) of the heap were taken as the index,so that the chicken manure∶EM value was optimized. Garlic was taken as the experimental object,and the indoor cultivation was carried out. The number of garlic roots,diameter of garlic seedlings,longest leaf length,fresh weight and stem length were all taken as indexes,and the fertility of micro fertilizer of salvia miltiorrhiza stem and leaf residue was measured by comparing the experimental group with the control group. The results showed that when the chicken manure∶EM value was 30∶1,the total nutrient content of micro-fertilizer of salvia miltiorrhiza stem and leaf residue was 20.40%. Compared with the control group,the number of garlic roots,the diameter of garlic seedlings,the longest leaf length,the fresh weight and the stem length in the experimental showed an increase of -18.92%,4.63%,83.58%,24.60% and 24.69% separately. It can be concluded that micro-fertilizer of salvia miltiorrhiza stem and leaf dregs can significantly increase the longest leaf length of garlic (P < 0.01),significantly affect the stem length(P < 0.05),and have certain influence on the growth of fresh weight and diameter. The preparation process of micro-fertilizer of salvia miltiorrhiza stem and leaf dregs is simple,the fertilizer efficiency is strong,and the value of transforming salvia miltiorrhiza stem and leaf dregs into micro-fertilizer is high.
