橡塑隔热节能材料的应用展望

摘 要: 随着橡胶和塑料产品应用的飞速增长,在橡塑产品加工过程中,如何隔热节能已成为不可忽视的问题.橡塑隔热节能材料既要耐高温、高强度,又要隔热节能、抗震降噪,属于结构功能一体化材料.总结了橡塑隔热节能材料的种类和作用,分析其导热机理,给出了材料设计优化机制,对未来重点研究方向进行了展望,以期推动隔热节能材料在橡塑行业的研究、应用和发展.

Application Prospects of Heat-Insulation/Energy-Saving Materials in Rubber and
Plastic Industry

Abstract:Heat-insulation and energy-saving during rubber and plastic processing have become a negligible issue due to their rapid developments. Heat-insulation/energy-saving materials in rubber and plastic industry, a kind of materials boasting the integration of structures and functions, should resist high temperature, have high strength, insulate heat, save energy, have anti-seismic characteristic, and reduce noise. This paper summarizes the types and functions of this kind of materials, analyzes the heat conduction mechanism, proposes optimization suggestions, and discusses the future research directions of heat-insulation/energy-saving materials in rubber and plastic industry to promote the research on application and development of heat-insulation/energy-saving materials in rubber and plastic industry.
