白杨,女,中共党员,博士后,教授,成都大学外国语学院院长。成都大学硕士生导师,四川师范大学外聘硕士生导师。澳大利亚新南威尔士大学博士学位,加拿大爱德华王子岛大学博士后。中国亚洲太平洋学会东盟分会理事、成都大学亚太民族文化究中心主任、成都大学欧美同学会(成都大学留学人员联谊会)理事。全面主持学院行政工作,全面负责学科建设、教学科研、发展规划、人事、师资、财务、对外合作与交流等工作。


主要研究领域包括“跨文化教育”“国别与区域研究”“话语分析”等。近年来,主持国家级、省部级项目5项;发表论文20余篇,包括CSSCI和核心期刊;出版专著5部;获成都市第十二次哲社优秀成果三等奖;6项科研成果获政府采纳。多次赴澳大利亚、新西兰、加拿大、美国、泰国等国参加学术会议并进行研究成果交流。


主要承担“高级英语写作”本科课程和研究生“多元文化区域教育”课程的教学。

Yang BAI is Professor and Dean of the School of Foreign Studies at Chengdu University, Chengdu, China. She completed her doctorate at the University of New South Wales on policy discourse and education policy enactments. Her research focuses on cross-cultural education policy, policy discourse analysis, multicultural education and regional development. She has published in a range of journals, including Contemporary Chinese Discourse and Social Practice in China; Research on Education for Ethnic Minorities; Curriculum, Teaching Material and Method; Journal of Ethnology; Education and Economy; and Multicultural Issues and Education.
