Biography
- Jinlong Fan received the B.Sc.degree in soil science and agricultural chemistry from Shanxi Agricultural University, China, in 1996, the M.Sc. degree in agricultural meteorology from China Agricultural University, China, in 2000, and the Ph.D. degree in agricultural remote sensing from the Institute of Remote Sensing Applications, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China, in 2003.
- He is at present a professor in Beijing Normal University. He was a research Professor with National Satellite Meteorological Center from 2003-2024 and a senior scientific officer in GEO secretariat from 2008-2011.
