—— 记北理工国际学生校友代表回校参加八十周年校庆系列活动
International alumni representatives attended BIT’s 80th Anniversary events
2020年的金秋九月，北京理工大学迎来了自己80岁华诞。9月19日，北京理工大学建校80周年庆祝活动正式拉开帷幕，我校5名在京的留学生校友作为代表参加了纪念大会、校友座谈、校史馆参观、纪念晚会等系列活动。
Autumn of 2020, Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT) was marked as the 80th anniversary of her founding. On September 19, five international alumni attended the commemorative meeting, alumni talk, university history museum visiting, and anniversary party.
上午，纪念大会在中关村校区东体育场隆重举行。
Morning, the anniversary conference was grandly held in the East Stadium on Zhongguancun Campus to celebrate this big occasion.
纪念大会结束之后，5名校友代表回到了久违的留学生中心。在座谈会上，留学生中心主任汪滢代表中心全体教师对诸位校友的到来表示热烈欢迎，对广大校友给予母校和留学生中心的支持与帮助表示衷心感谢。各位校友畅所欲言，追忆了在校往事，分享了毕业求职经历以及在华工作、生活的感想感受，纷纷表示将会一如既往地支持母校的“双一流”建设和来华留学事业的高质量发展。
After the conference, international alumni representatives back to the Office of International Students, building #14, the most familiar building for all BIT international students. Wang Ying, Director of the Office, extended a warm welcome to the representatives present at the conference, and also gratitude to all international alumni who provide support to the development of the university and the office.
下午，校友代表们参观了校史馆，详细了解学校的办学历史和发展进程，深受感染和鼓舞。
Afternoon, international alumni representatives visited the BIT’s history museum, and were deeply infected by BIT’s glorious history and developments.
晚上，校友代表来到良乡校区北湖畔，与3000余名师生和校友共同观看了北京理工大学建校80周年纪念晚会，一同追忆母校八十载的峥嵘岁月和光辉历程。
In the evening, with more than 3000 teachers and staff, students, and alumni, international alumni representatives watched BIT 80th Anniversary Party.
恰逢北京理工大学八十华诞，北理工的国际学子们也纷纷云寄相思，合作录制了祝福视频，共祝母校生日快乐，祝福母校再谱华章！
